Valentines day
Wow, its been such a long time since I wrote something in here!!! I've been very busy with work and the dogs, I will have to update you on some things that have happened.
I totally forgot all about valentines day this year and when Brenden texted me to ring him because he really needed to talk with me, I got very worried. I called him straight away and asked what had happened and he were just calm on the phone and said : Will you be my valentine? Haha, I just started laughing cause I had been so worried for nothing and he just wanted to be sweet to me :) I said yes ofcourse :) I were working nightshift and when I got home Monica were at my house, she were sick and were staying at my place for the day, knitting. I got up cause I needed the loo, after I went out in the livingroom to have a small chat with Monica before I went back to bed. On my way back I suddenly notice a big bouquet of flowers, I were just thinking, whaaat?? Where did they come from??? There were also a card to it and I opened it, it said: To Norway, love you, From Brenden! I were so surprised and very happy! He had organised with my sister that she would buy some flowers to me and sign his name on. I will post a photo of the flowers later.
I feel so bad cause I had totally forgot about the whole day and he did so much for me! Can't wait to see him again :)
The transit is still at the workshop, we had to tow it almost the whole way cause it just kept stopping. Maybe next week it will be all fixed, at the moment I'm driving my dads big van :)
Also I have booked my ticket to Australia :D I will leave from Oslo the 25th of March and come back to Norway the 6th of May. Can't wait to see my handsome Brenden again and all of his family and the girls at the gym :) I'm super excited!!! Wish I could stay so much longer, but just a short trip this time. I better get back to work, I'll try to post more often!

Dog show
On saturday the 11 of february there was a dog show in Ølen, a small town close by. I showed Molly and Evita. The whole week I had been groomin Molly and getting her ready, normally I get help with cutting her coat but this time I decided it was time to do it my self, haha! She didn't look too good at first but when I were finished I think it wasn't too bad, but ofcourse not as good as if I would get help.
Evita was the first one out in the ring and I had Monica helping me showing her. the judge was from Sweden and he really liked Evita except he thought her snout wasn't wide enough. She did very good and Evita got 3 best female dog and got the reserve certificate, very happy with that.
Molly were showing for a judge from Ireland, we weren't too many newfoundland dogs showing, only 5. Molly were alone in her class and won that, but in best female class she got nr 2 cause her movement wasn't too clean. The number one female dog was Diva, Sølvi's dog (Max and Molly's breeder) and she got the last certificate she needed and became Norwegian Champion!! :D Wohoo :) Very good!
Overall I were happy with the day and celebrated the day by going out on a dance in Etne, had a lot of fun! :)

Transit.... stop... again
I went to Etne this morning to get my grooming equipment so I could finish grooming Molly for the dogshow this weekend. Like I said I have to wait 1 and a half hour before I can start the transit if it is warm. I waited and drove back when it was cold again. When I got to Skjold I decided to pick up the mail and stopped the car, but did not turn it off. I ran and got the mail and thought that this would be alright, started driving and just after 4 meters it started stopping! Nooooo!! I let it roll as far as it could but it was not enough. I drove it a bit on the start engine aswell, but still I could not make it home.
Just look at the photo how close I were:
That is my drive way, all I could do was to shake my head and laugh! Haha, just my luck!
I sent a photo message to both Brenden and dad and both of them could not stop laughing haha! :) My sister came a little bit later and she could not understand what the transit were standing in the road for!
Some hours later I went out, jumped in the car and it started as if nothing were wrong with it. I am taking it to the workshop tomorrow, hopefully they can find out what the problem is.

Snowblizzard
You know your house is draughty when you got snow coming in through the small doorgap! This is down in my basement. And my bedroom is no better, there so much wind coming in there I think there is only 5 degrees in there. I woke up with my feet being really cold and my nose all red and cold!
We have a small snoow blizzard here today, alot of wind and snow flying everywhere. I have taken the dogs in to my dogroom so they are all cosy and warm :)

Snow!!
We got lots of snow!! Wohoo!! I took the dogs out with me for a walk in the snow and here are some photos of them! :) Odin didn't want to sit in the snow so no photo of him.

Stop again
I worked overtime on thursday from 1500 to 2300 and when I were driving home I had to stop and get some fuel. My transit is sort of working alright lately, but if I drive far and stop it, then I have to wait an hour before I can start it again. So when I were going to get fuel after work I didn't stop it, but when I were filling it up it stoped by itself!! Noooooo!!! So then at 2330 at night I had to sit and wait in the car for an hour before I could drive back home!!! I were only 15 min from home. People were looking strange at me, but no one came over to ask what was happening, rude!
Luckely I had some clothes laying in the car cause it got really cold, it was minus degrees outside and snowing heaps. So I sat there for an hour listening to some music on my cool Ipod and yes, suddenly it started and I drove back home :) I were back home around 0100 or something. I am thinking maybe its time to get a new car! :P

Grooming
I forgot to write that my grandad was here today putting up the tub that I am going to give the dogs a bath in! Its all done and it looks very good! My dad was also here today cutting down some trees, he did not take too many before it got dark but still it lightens up the place so much! :)
Now I have just started knitting a sweater for Odin, don't want him to freeze! :) It is going to be yellow and blue, I'll post a photo of it when it is all done aswell!

In the woods
After Brenden left I have become a training addict, I went to the gym everyday last week and then skiing all the weekend. Today started with a long walk with my dogs out in the woods, I just found a fence and started following it. We ended up going very far and it was a nice walk. I found this cool little place which I thought were a bit mysterious but still a bit cosy.
The ground were frozen most places and we kept seeing deer tracks and poo everywhere, but still no deer. Some of the tracks seemed very fresh and the poo aswell so I do not think they were that far away from us.
The dogs had alot of fun just running around, eating snow and sniff around to find the deers.

Was a really nice trip! After that I went in to Ølen to the gym and went on spinning and core, was not too hard. On my way back my transit stopped! So looking for a new car and I need it quick! So annoying!
